Extract of Statutes
Chapter 1: Nature and Purpose of the Association
Art. 1: Establishment
- Under the name "Student Association L.U.de.S." (ASL) was established between the students of LUde.S. an Association in accordance with Articles 60 and following ones of the Swiss Civil Code, located in Pregassona, Via Lugano 40/42 and regulated by this Statute.
- The Association is not a member of any political or confessional group.
Art. 2: Nature and seat of the Association
- The Association aims to strength the spirit of friendship among members, to give rise to anything that might elevate their culture, to defend the Italian language and traditions.
- In particular, the Association works:
1. Organizing student meetings, cultural, entertainment and sport events;
2. Supporting the activities of other associations, to the extent that the said activities meet the objectives of the ASL. - The Association represents the interests at home and abroad of all members.
