TITLE I
DENOMINATION, PERIOD, PURPOSE, ASSETS
Art.1) Denominaztion
In accordance with art. 60 and following ones of the Swiss CC the Alumni Association (hereinafter called the Association) is based in Pregassona, in via Ceresio 40/42.
Art.2) Period
The duration is unlimited.
Art.3) Purposes of the Association
The Association is non-profit organization and does not pursue political ends.
It proposes:
a) to promote and develop relations between the alumni and former students of LUDES, the University and the world of work;
b) to promote and protect the image, both at home and abroad, of alumni and former students, their specific cultural and managerial initiatives to support them;
c) to cooperate with the LUDES in order to promote the inclusion of members in the workplace;
d) to carry out appropriate activities to promote cultural and professional growth of members.
