General Secretariat
The General Secretariat is composed of a “Front office “ and a “Back office” in order to offer a service that promptly meets all University’s requirements. It has a connection and a support function with regard to the administrative and didactic-scientific area.
It is equipped with all most advanced technological instruments in order to operate in a rational, economic, efficient and effective way.
The general secretariat has the following opening hours:
- Monday to Thursday from 8:45 to 12:45
- Friday from 14:15 to 17:45.
Opening hours of the telephone switchboard:
- Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 09:00 a.m. and from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.
- In the afternoon from 2:00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Account and Financial Office
Opened to the public from Monday to Friday 09.00 a.m. - 12.45 p.m. 02.00-06.00 p.m.
