“First the topic, then the object ”
This has always been the working philosophy of the L.U.de.S., and with this in mind the L.U.de.S. has built a didactic system, capable to adapt to the demands from the different sectors. While taking these innovative principles into account, the L.U.de.S observes and evaluates the requirements of the employment market constantly and organizes academic courses that fulfil the requirements of its students. And so, allow them to integrate into the working world quickly and with a high level of professional skills.
From the very beginning, the inspiration of the L.U.de.S. founders, is to address to the man, its requirements and its problematic. Therefore, the L.U.de.S structures all its academic activity according to these principles.
Right from the outset, it was the philosophy of the founders, of the L.U.de.S., to place the human in the centre, his problematic and his requirements. The L.U.de.S. structures all its academic activity around this principle.
Didactic system
The teaching method, that the L.U.de.S. has adopted, is the one used in Universities, which are among the most famous and innovative in the world. The professors of the University have the objective, to pass on their theoretical knowledge and to turn it into practical knowledge. This is the principal of the L.U.de.S. as an institute. The benefit of the gathering of two cultures - the one of the university and that of the working life.
The information flow between the university and commercial enterprises, results in the development of unique working and instruction methods, which are always up-to-date.
Methods, that withstand the pressure and demands of our society.
The didactic system is built on the principal of two cycles, the elementary level and the higher, second level. Access to the second level, requires completion of the first level, which must have a minimum period of three years. The second cycle has a duration of two years and can be started once the diplomas for the first level have been issued.
