Departments
The Department of Pharmacology and Ethnomedicine of the L.U.de.S. University, is interested by the study of the properties of the medicinal products as well on the biologic and experimental field as on the clinical and applied one.
The offer of L.U.de.S ongoing education is addressed to all those people who are interested in integrating or strenghtening their knowledge about a given subject, in order to create new professional opportunities and perspectives.
Most courses are even open to those applicants who don't have any university degree.
The courses, which generally concern specific professional fields, allow an inter-disciplinary approach that promotes information exchange between the various groups of experts as well as providing the opportunity to establish a comunication network for professional workers.
L.U.de.S courses always combine theoretic knowledge and professional practice in order to create qualified, up-to-date, work-effective experts.
The Interfaculty Department for Scientific Research has been set up in order to harmonize and enhance scientific research activities already being carried out at the Faculty of Medical Sciences and Faculty of Human and Technological Sciences, as well as to promote research projects aiming at optimizing resources and competences of University researchers in a synergic way.
